Plugging the gaps

Humble beginnings

people jumpingThrough working closely with medical professionals, it can become obvious when there is not only a gap in an argument or in the scientific data, but also when there is a coherent and consolidated voice missing from the professional debate.

Horizon today

Horizon is keen to work with key opinion leaders who specialize in niche, or up-and-coming, areas of medicine to establish societies that offer a forum for debate, consolidation of ideas and networks for future collaboration.

Horizon tomorrow

With this goal in mind, both the Society for Clinical Ophthalmology and the Society for Chronic Pulmonary Obstructive Disease were founded in 2007. Horizon will support, administer and coordinate the activities of these societies.
